Speech Therapy

Speech and Language Therapy is the practice of improving skills; such as language, speech sounds, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), to teach greater independence across a variety of communication performance areas. Pediatric speech therapists use preferred activities and play-based techniques to motivate children to engage in communication with others, improve cognitive processing, and be understood clearly by their peers and family.
