About Us
Front Range Pediatric Therapies began with a simple but powerful vision: to provide high-quality, compassionate therapy services to young children in the place they feel most comfortable—their home. Originally founded over 15 years ago as Julie Herndon LLC, the practice was rooted in a deep commitment to early intervention and the belief that supporting children in their natural environment leads to stronger outcomes and more meaningful progress.
With a background in early childhood development and a passion for family-centered care, founder and CEO Julie Herndon saw firsthand the profound impact of treating children within their everyday surroundings. She recognized that therapy is most effective when it empowers not only the child, but also the family, giving caregivers the tools and confidence to support growth outside of sessions. As community needs continued to grow, Julie responded by obtaining a home health license and officially launching Front Range Pediatric Therapies.
Today, FRPT proudly provides home-based speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy to children across Colorado’s Front Range. As a therapist-owned and led agency, we are deeply committed to creating a supportive and sustainable work environment for our team. This intentional focus has led to exceptional therapist retention, which in turn supports strong, consistent relationships with families and more effective care.
Each member of our team is a licensed, highly trained therapist with a specialized degree and a shared dedication to delivering care that is both clinically excellent and heart-led. At its core, FRPT is guided by the mission to connect, empower, and help families thrive. We work closely with caregivers, pediatricians, and community partners to ensure our therapy is collaborative, evidence-based, and personalized for each child’s unique strengths and challenges.
Our values of trust, compassion, servant leadership, and a growth mindset are woven into everything we do, and we remain committed to evolving in response to the needs of the children and families we serve. From its beginnings as a solo practice to its growth into a fully licensed home health agency, FRPT continues to bring exceptional, relationship-centered care to families—right where it matters most.
