I’ve been part of the FRPT family since 2016, and it’s hard to put into words just how much this place has meant to me. Over the years, I’ve grown so much—not just as a clinician, but as a person—and every step of the way, I’ve felt supported. Whether I was navigating the early years of parenthood, adjusting my schedule, or finding my voice and confidence in the work I do, this team has always been there for me. We’ve expanded so much since those early days, but the heart of FRPT remains the same: a group of people who genuinely care about each other and the families we serve. That kind of environment is rare, and I don’t take it for granted. This isn’t just a job—it’s a place where your personal life is honored, your growth is encouraged, and you’re reminded that who you are matters just as much as what you do. I’m so proud to be part of a team that has grown without losing its soul. After all these years, it still feels like the same company. ❤️

I absolutely LOVE working for FRPT! I love being able to provide functional, individualized speech/language services to my patients in a home health setting. I always feel supported and heard from our administration team at FRPT when I have an issue or need to change my schedule. There are constant learning opportunities and community events to participate in at FRPT that allows me to be more active in the community and connect with my wonderful co-workers. Working for FRPT has quickly become my dream job. As a therapist that has been in the field for almost 10 years, I had no idea a company existed that could truly check all the boxes. Julie has created a culture of therapists supporting therapists, which results in the highest level of patient care I have ever experienced. What is important to me, is important to FRPT, and that has created a work/life balance I have always dreamed of. The level of communication and collaboration between my coworkers only adds to my ability to care for my patients and their families. I truly could not ask for a better team to work with and feel so incredibly lucky to be a part of FRPT.

FRPT has been the most positive work experience I've ever had. I did not come from a home health background but have been thoroughly supported in a consistently non-judgmental atmosphere full of genuine people. The company has grown significantly over the course of my tenure here and yet the work culture hasn't changed - there's great support offered both personally and professionally, I know I am cared for as a person first and a clinician second. FRPT works to sustain a positive atmosphere and build up our clinicians. The admin team has a servant-oriented mindset and they strive to serve all of our patients and their families as well as the clinicians. As a clinician, there are opportunities to socialize with other providers, participate in professional development, collaborate with other SLPs (as well as across disciplines), co-treat, and find the guidance I need when navigating uncertain situations. I know I am supported, respected, and understood here. FRPT is the best company I could work for!

Working at Front Range Pediatric Therapies has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Julie, Rylie, and Shelby lead with a strong sense of purpose, fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
